The meeting will be in the community room downstairs, and there will be some light refreshments.
Agenda:
1. Eversource's Underground Cable Modernization Project
The "North Cambridge to Woburn" portion of Eversource's Underground Cable Modernization Project is a major utility project that would affect large portions of Broadway and Warren Street over the next ~5-10 years. The existing underground 345-kV transmission line is past its useful life expectancy and needs to be replaced.
2. Broadway Corridor Redesign as a Complete Street
Thanks to funding from the Boston Metropolitan Planning Organization and Arlington's Town Meeting, the Town has the opportunity to hire a consultant to study the one-mile Broadway corridor and design improvements for increased access by persons who walk, bike, roll, or use transit. The engineering firm VHB has been hired to lead the project.

Again, BNC will meet in the Fox Library community room from 7:30-9:00 PM on Monday, June 22.
Exciting news, we're lucky to have Director of Planning and Community Development Claire Ricker joining us to present the process for the Broadway Corridor Redesign project! Please come to listen and ask questions about this important project that can transform Broadway for the better. -Vince
